Today in h.ec class we made pizza. One of my most favourite meals and I love making it at home. It was quite a simple dish to make. The dough expanded a lot, next time I would probably roll it thinner. I put lots of cheese on it and it was delicious, Although the dough wasn't quite as nice as my home made ones. It was quite dry, thick and crumply. I didn't finnish it all. But the topping tasted good. I think i'll stick with the recipe I have at home though.Our pizza in the oven.
